The LIHEAP program, which offers assistance for your utility bills, is available to senior citizens, the disabled and for low-income families. You may contact the Boone County Council on Aging @ 815-544-9893 if you are a senior/disabled. If you have had your energy utilities disconnected or considered low-income, please contact the United Way of Boone County at 815-544-3144.
